The Gratitude Challenge

I have been challenged by my sister to complete The Gratitude Challenge which needs me to share 3 of my gratitude everyday for 5 days in a row and invite 3 friends a day to join the challenge. I've completed the challenge on facebook to make it easier tagging friends. Transferred from facebook on September 14-18:

DAY 1
I am grateful because:
  1.  I've been challenged by Rayi Renggani to complete gratitude challenge which makes me list 3 points of my gratitude 5 days in a row. It makes me see again all things which I feel blessed to have, including small things.
  2. Had a warm morning with mamah and papah which made me realize how lucky I am to have parents who always support me regardless and accept me so far. Never too pushy.
  3. Had a good productive day with myself by filling it with cooking, eating good, washing the dishes, nyetrika, and watch movie, all day. And speaking of eating good, i'm happy to inform that I have doing this--eat so much vegies and fruits, less carbs and no processed foods--for 3 weeks straight and I've dropped 2 kilos so far, still feel optimistic to endure it in days forward.
Wooohoo exciting to start the challenge!
For today, I officially challenge Ita Aprilia Puspitasari, Bellina Rosellini Suheng, Hizkia Dianne Angela to take this Gratitude Challenge. You have to share your gratitude (3 points) 5 days in a row and invite 3 friends everyday to do the same. Things that matter, pass them on!

DAY 2
I am grateful because:
  1.  Yesterday I finally started again swimming exercise with usual standard of mine, which includes 400 m non-stop swimming, 10' watertrappen, and 13 m apnea. I also practiced some other skills. Ah, after all this time, so refreshing. I'll make it routine. Still on yesterday yet contrast, I was soooo happy to be ended up with mie ayam (enak), martabak toblerone, some chew of blueberry pancake, and ketoprak for dinner in my 3rd cheating day :9. Those are my favorites! I'll be cool and calm to enjoy another week ahead of good healthy life wkwkwk.
  2. I have a group of friends with very different personalities. I can always have different input from them. One of them, Defina, gave me advice about career and life scope that worth to think of. And also had a chat all evening with her and Kiki, here we revealed many facts about...some subjects haha. After that, it's so gratify to see this day-by-day-more-beautiful pregnant woman: Nope, happy to see our future nephew growing bigger and bigger.
  3. There are so many things I feel grateful for this year so far, let's sum up: I can do (light) hiking again (after those 5 years), I do diving again (after 2 years vacuum), had an enjoyable year working as an environmental journalist, have new friends and a friend, have a roller coaster you-know-what life which successfully made an expression on me, will get my work printed, proudly cross out two things out of my bucketlist and eventually to have an extra-long leisure time to do ANYTHING I like or I want which had never previously been performed AND first of all to clear a way toward my dream career. It's about time and I'm grateful to have this time to start it.
For today, I officially challenge Defina M. Sumardji, Novi Nurhayati, and Stephanie Djohar to take this Gratitude Challenge. You have to share your gratitude (3 points) 5 days in a row and invite 3 friends everyday to do the same. Things that matter, pass them on!

DAY 3
I am grateful because:
  1.  I am alive. Safe and sound. Woke up in the morning. Can still eat well. Can still watch television. Can still cook good meals. Can still be sheltered and luxuriate air conditioning when it's so hot outside. Can still watch a good movie ("Sunshine". What an idea!). Can still have an inspiration to write.
  2. I managed to send some important emails. Two of them were accidentally almost out of time but with a little magic, I made it. Changed my mind and it might a sign. And I'm happy to hear back from some of them in a fast response.
  3. Mamah and Papah back home. Good to see them healthy and can still do trip on their own. And it's sort of relieve I can eat their dishes again. Ahaha.
I'll keep spinning. So I'll pass this challenge on Sandilla Tristiany, Disa Pramaristi, and Januar Hakam . Guys, you have to share your gratitude (3 points) 5 days in a row and invite 3 friends everyday to do the same. Have a good days practice and best of luck!

DAY 4
Things that matter, pass them on!

DAY 5
I am grateful because:
  1. There's an answer to my doubt. Thanks, your attitude assure me to take a stand. You make it all easier to get over it.
  2. I got my DAN diving insurance for a year. This--too--makes me confident to re-active my diving activities (after all this time). Don't want to be a vacuum diver. Don't want to be a retire-after-typical-5-years diver (like Russell said).
  3. I still have so much love in my heart to be shared, unconditionally. Amen.
Fyuh, I am grateful to complete the challenge, but I won't end it that easily. Like Oprah does, I might have my own Journal of Happiness or Journal of Gratitude--both just similar--to continue the practice. I hope it can make differences for me and for all friends I've tagged. For this last day of challenge, I'd like to ask Eko Siphrapua Sijabat, Masyhur A. Hilmy, and Subhan Haikal Ehsan to join the The Gratitude Challenge. You have to share your 3 points of gratitude 5 days in a row and invite 3 friends everyday to do the same. Have a good days practice and best of luck!
